There were 2,118 home sales (new & existing combined) for February 2019 - 7.1 percent lower than last February (2,279).

Home inventory (new & existing combined) for February 2019 (6,914) is 0.7 percent higher compared to February 2018 (6,869).

The supply of new and existing homes for February 2019 is 2.1 months representing a home market favoring sellers.
