Liz and Dennis were ready to make a change and wanted to sell their Plaza condo. I was excited for the opportunity to assist them in marketing it for sale. I liked to market it as a "hilltop Italian style villa" for obvious reasons.
It did take a couple months but we got it to contract in 82 days and we did not have to reduce the price to get it sold. We marketed it at the right price in the beginning, barely under current market value, and got it sold fairly quickly considering we were listed through the holiday season.
