The $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit was passed this past week. This new credit is of great value. Why? You don't have to pay it back!!!

The Missouri Housing Development Commission has rolled out a Tax Credit Advance Loan Program. I will be following up on this post with additional information in the next few days. In the meantime, check out their brochure and website!!
